Why isn't that data exposed so that it can be easily queried? Doesn't seem to even be available to search folders or even things within Outlook.Īny outside the box ideas also welcome although we cannot rid ourselves of these client DL's. I find it hard to believe that the interface of OWA as well as Outlook has no trouble keeping track of an email that has been replied to. I have seen many articles on finding and doing things with UNREAD emails using PowerAutomate - but that is useless here - workers can read all they want - it is the reply that counts. ListĢ) several workers monitoring emails coming into their inboxes that are setup to be recipients of various DL's (teams based on client load etc)ģ) I would like to be able to monitor each worker's received emails and if any do not have a reply, send myself an alert so I can escalate it Purpose in asking is that we have the following:ġ) hundreds of clients sending emails to their assigned client Dist. Is this not an available field to get using Power Automate or any other MS tool? In OWA as well as Outlook when connected to Office 365 every email that HAS been replied to always seems to have the replied to icon an arrow looping up and to the left) signifying it has been replied to. ![]() I have searched a decent amount on this and am not seeing any way to find emails that have not been replied to. ![]()
